How to do it!
Start by finding a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.
Close your eyes and count your breaths backward from 28. So “breathing in 28, breathing out 28 breathing in 27, breathing out 27” etc.
If you lose count go back to 28 and start again.
Be patient - it is not a contest. Your mind will come up with a lot of resistance in the beginning. However, if you are persistent and learn to meditate for a short time every day it will get easier to increase that time.
