Three Weeks in Heaven, by Lay B

As I sit here at the Choose Again Intensive Retreat Centre in Costa Rica, I still have to pinch myself that I'm so blessed to be here. Only 3 short weeks ago, I arrived here not knowing what to expect but have been so truly and pleasantly surprised and delighted by the beautiful transformation that's taking place within me here.
 
The Costa Rican name for the Choose Again centre is El Cielo, which means Heaven. The name could not be more apt because the change of mind that is taking place since being 

here is truly the most beautiful experience of my entire life. It feels like Heaven on earth.
 
Before I came here, every day was like groundhog day, but this is changing. Now, each day I wake up, I feel brand new and ready to see even more of my story in a different way. Now, each day is another opportunity to see myself even more clearly and to recognise the Love that I truly am.
Each day I wake up eager to be alive and ready to experience an even deeper awareness of my true identity. At the Centre, each moment can be used solely for that purpose because everything else such as meals and the daily schedule is taken care of, so I get to spend my time concentrating on what is truly important—my own recognition of who I am in Truth.
 
This person called Ley is melting away now and in her place is a shining light emerging from the darkness, more eager to shine brighter every single day. 
 
I won't pretend that every moment here is filled with joy because there are some times that feel like hell on earth when I open up and face the beliefs I've held onto so tighly for so long. I sustain the willingness to truly feel them again, because the joy and healing that always follows when I dare to look at what I was formerly avoiding seeing is such sweet release and so perfect in every way. 
 
Not a moment is wasted here in showing me what I need to see, and the staff here are always willing to sit down and process yet another false belief I've uncovered with their loving help and guidance. Nothing is too much trouble for them and their level of dedication is just so beautiful to witness. Each of them has dedicated their lives to the healing of their minds, and their willingness to help anyone that wants the to do the same. It truly is a home of healing here and I could not have asked for a greater gift than this.
My heart is healing on a level that I didn't even know existed and the happiness emanating from me now is truly the only proof I need that this is the place for me.
 
If anyone out there is ready to really step into their Truth, this is the place that it can truly happen and in a way that is so perfect and gentle that it really doesn't feel like hard work at all. I used to think that healing was always a serious buisness, but since being here I can see that that need not be, it can be joyous and wonderful and truly beautiful, done with laughter and with gentleness and through joy and kindness to myself.
 
Choose Again is not only my new favourite place on the planet, but also the gift that God sent to me when I needed it the most. It truly does feel like coming home here because the longer you stay, the more you realise that home really is in your Self—and it is here at Choose Again that you can be shown the way to see that using the Six Step Process.
A trip here isn't just a gift to yourself though, it is a gift to everyone in the world because true healing is for all of us and true healing lives here in Heaven. ​
