As a busy, working mom, I felt that I was 'destined' to be stuck in the rat race of life, putting everyone else first and never having the time for myself. Because of this belief I was unhappy and constantly looking to find love and relief in all the wrong places. Making the decision to come to El Cielo, to put myself first was the greatest gift I gave myself & my family. The program is designed to nourish your body and mind. The food is fantastic and the beauty in the silent walks took my breath away. Knowing and believing that I am joy and peace at my core and that it is only my choice to be anything but that has given me trust in myself to go towards love.

A very powerful environment of support and love. The team of volunteers, staff and other participants provided A nurturing environment of healing for all of us. From yoga, daily meditation, holotropic breathwork and a wonderful natural setting in the beauty of Costa Rica this place is awesome! No wonder it's called El Cielo (Heaven)

I highly recommend this program If you are looking to change your life. The curriculum and the staff are wonderful, patient and caring. This program is worth every penny of it. It can't be other than changing my perspective of all the issues I'm carrying with me. The very diverse program touched me to the core in many different ways. It freed something inside of me. In a very practical way, I can cope with my feelings, and don't have to indulge them. El Cielo is surrounded by Love.
