"Dear Choose Again,
My experience at the Choose Again Weekend was amazing and positively life changing.
I have struggled with depression, anger, addictions, relationship and intimacy issues, and loneliness for decades. Despite heroic attempts to heal myself alone, I found myself stuck in hopelessness and despair after losing my job of over twenty years, followed shortly by my wife asking me to move out of our home after being married for almost as long.
After suffering in this place for over a year, Choose Again came into my life. After hearing Diederik Wolsak and some of his staff at an introductory presentation, I trusted them and the principles that their programs are based on. I knew that they were committed to truth and to teaching me how to heal myself.
I attended a weekly Choose Again Circle on a couple of Wednesday evenings to find out more. As a result of participating, I found immediate new personal insights, and knew that these people could help me find true healing if I just trusted, was willing to look within and do the work, and held nothing back. So, when the opportunity came to go on the Choose Again Weekend retreat at Harrison Hot Springs, I trusted and went. I was not disappointed!
As a result of the teaching, group sharing, therapeutic processes, exercises, and techniques, I discovered several limiting beliefs of which I was unaware and were keeping me from experiencing love and happiness in my life. Choose Again taught me how to become aware of these limiting beliefs and let go of them.
On the second day of the program, I experienced a particularly profound personal healing that I can only describe as discovering my true self, a sense of oneness, a self that we all share, a self that is only love.
The love, peace, and happiness that I have experienced in the few weeks since I have made contact with the people at Choose Again is a priceless gift. The weekend was among the most positive, life-changing experiences of my life. I am profoundly grateful to the program participants, Diederik, and his staff for their courage and their love.
I now have the awareness, the tools, and the support so I can choose to be happy, loving, and at peace. With all of this progress in just a few weeks, I am very encouraged and will continue my healing with my new friends at weekly Circle.
