"The impact of Choose Again has been huge in my life.  I have been involved with Choose Again for ten years, and can honestly say life is getting better for me all the time! Ultimately the work we do on our own minds has to be done willingly, and it is the atmosphere of Choose Again that has been so incredibly supportive.  The individual counsellors have been completely accepting of all who seek their help.  They are there to listen, but they don’t believe any of our ego stories.  Instead, they help us to see of our stories as untrue, teach a mechanism (Six Steps to Freedom) that undoes the story, and lead us on to accept our true value.  This can only lead to improving ALL our relationships, starting with ourselves and radiating out to all the people in our lives.
I am SO grateful for having had the opportunity to work with Choose Again, and would highly recommend anyone who has the slightest interest in improving their sense of inner peace to give Choose Again an open minded try!" - DH
