“I learned to open up myself and no longer be afraid of my feelings, share them and find out what beliefs about me stand behind the feeling (what does it say about me). Once I found my core beliefs I can correct them, heal them. They are not the cause in truth I am Love. I can take total ownership of my experiences, it’s only my thoughts that hurt me.
In the circles I do forgiveness process with the other people (Six Step Process), we discuss things, do readings. We meditate, go on walks, do holotropic breathing etc. It’s a wonderful, healing experience!”
