Inclusive and Liberating

This work employs ideas that may not be new to some, but the Six Step process is an extremely effective way at tackling your 'upsets' in a powerful & useful way. I find the work liberating because the power is completely mine. What I like About Choose Again in comparison to other work in this genre is that it allows for love to flow through. Some types of processes are all cerebral, however we are multi-faceted beings and ignoring Spirit/Self/Love/Source/God means the work is incomplete.
Another bonus is that Choose Again starts right where you are. You have an upset about getting stuck in traffic, we can talk about that and go from there. We share together, in a circle, and there is better place to start where you are. The facilitators also share because everything is a gift to all who participate. It is extremely inclusive!
