What is Holotropic Breathing? Holotropic breathing is a therapeutic breathing technique that has the effect of allowing deeply repressed memories or sensations to surface, bypassing the ego’s defenses. It can produce a tranquil feeling of communion with Oneness.

Where: 4438 West 5th Avenue, Vancouver, BC
When: Sunday June 5th beginning at 3:00 pm with an introduction, breathing for just over an hour and then a debrief. We will finish by 6:30 pm.
Bring: A yoga mat, blanket and pillow so that you’ll be comfortable lying on the floor. We have some extra blankets available. Instructions on the technique will be given during the introduction. You may like to have a water bottle with you as well.
