We all perceive life through our own individual lens, and this lens determines how much, and in what way life stressors effect us. When you make the decision to Choose Again, you change your lens — you literally see things differently.
Choose Again's unique Six Step process will help you become aware of and identify habitual thought patterns, and the beliefs behind them. With this knowledge, you will be able to see stress coming, and stop it in its tracks. Thoughts that previously had you up all night worrying will easily fall away.
Making the decision to Choose Again allows you to place yourself in a position of deep-rooted strength so you can stand tall in the face of stressors, and quickly recover your peace and serenity when life gets challenging.

Methodology:
Cultivating inner peace is a process of identifying what triggers your stress, increasing the capacity to let it go, and then choosing another way to respond. This workshop is dedicated to the cultivation of these skills.
You will be guided through a variety of healing practices such as:

Diederik Wolsak - RPC, MPCP
On-Line Sessions Only Diederik is the founder and program director of the Choose Again Attitudinal Healing Centre. He is the lead facilitator of both the Vancouver and Costa Rica arms of the organization. He is an international workshop leader, public speaker and relationship counsellor with years of experience in group facilitation. |
