The Six Steps to Freedom, at the heart of the Choose Again practice, is a self-guided process that gives you the means to identify and correct these beliefs yourself, for life. When the belief changes, everything built on top of it changes.

Our Costa Rica center El Cielo sits on the shore of Lake Arenal in northwest Costa Rica. At mid elevation the weather is mild and sweet, a perfect time to enjoy our manicured tropical gradens.

Daily therapeutic group sessions, yoga, holotropic breathwork, and meditation. Walks along the lake. Three meals a day of vibrant locally sourced cuisine.
