Six-week Integration Coaching Program
A follow-up program for Participants of our 10-Day Workshops
Thank you for joining our retreat at El Cielo! It has been an absolute joy to join together to deepen our healing and that of all of our communities through our continued commitment to inner work.
The 10-day workshops are the ideal way to learn the basics of the Choose Again approach and the Six Steps to Freedom; but it is only a beginning. This work is a life-long practice, and it takes time for it to become second nature, like learning a new habit.
You will find that after leaving the retreat, you will have questions about how to integrate the process into your daily life. While much will be lighter and will have changed, you will likely still find certain relationships difficult to navigate, or you may struggle to make loving decisions for yourself and others.

To support and help you integrate your practice into your daily life, we have created a special six-week integration coaching program that is free of cost for those who have attended an El Cielo Retreat.
The program is a mix of group and private sessions, as well as opportunities to ask questions specific to integrating back into your daily life. All sessions are with our senior counsellors, most of whom you will already know from El Cielo, so we can continue this journey together and to support you along the way. |

4 integration coaching sessions
These special sessions are held every second week. They offer a chance to join with other El Cielo participants to ask questions and receive guidance around integrating from the workshop back into your daily life. There will be discussions, readings, Q&A, and likely time for processing. These are led by El Cielo counsellors only. The sessions will be recorded and shared with you.
12 online circles of your choice
Online circles are offered at least once daily, so you can jump in whenever you feel you need some reminders and support!
1 private session
A private session with a senior Choose Again counsellors of your choice.
A dedicated WhatsApp group
A group for this program where you can share your experience and chat with our facilitators.

Dates of Coaching Sessions
You will meet with your group every two weeks. We offer the option of having your regular meetings either on Sundays 10 am or Thursdays 3pm Pacific.

Details
- To be eligible for this program you must have attended a full 10-day retreat at El Cielo, Costa Rica.
- This is meant to be an intensive follow-up program. All integration program components must be completed six weeks after the start date.
- This program is free of cost to you. It is an integral part of the 10-day retreat.
We strongly encourage you to continue your practice. Remember, the ego is giving us messages all day, and we all must have to learn how to meet them with forgiveness and return to our true selves, until loving is simply a state of mind.
