Relationships are an ideal platform in which to explore the deeper landscape within, the only place where true healing can happen. Healing that occurs at this level is the most important work we can do—it will impact every aspect of our life; from the relationship with yourself, to relationships with other people, to your relationship with your environment. Trust is the bedrock of all relationships.
In this workshop we will focus on Purpose and Trust, and we will find answers to questions such as:
What is the purpose of my relationship?
What is real trust?
How do we deepen trust?
How do we anchor trust and purpose as part of our daily existence?
What role does trust play in how we relate?
What stands in the way of deeper trust?
How do we apply trust in relationship with self and other?
How do we stay ‘on purpose’?
The development of Trust is an inside job. You will learn how to connect with and rely upon the truly loving Self, your inside GPS, which has been patiently waiting to be asked to provide guidance.
The workshop will consist of a combination of:
Exploration of the purpose of any relationship
Meditations to develop and strengthen your connection to your true Self
Self-reflection to discover the barriers that get in the way of you trusting yourself and others
2 x Therapeutic breathwork sessions to bypass the conscious mind and delve deep into the subconscious
In-depth study of the wide-ranging implications and applications of the Six Step process
Ample opportunities to practice and integrate the ideas presented
Group and individual processing

We are not often clear as to what the real purpose of our relationships is. The real purpose for all our relationships is to become conscious of and identify the barriers we have build against really joining and then to learn tools and practices to dismantle these barriers, lovingly and patiently. In other words, the relationship is a laboratory for learning Love. It may sound strange that we have to ‘learn’ to love and yet that is the truth. The development of Trust is primary in this process. In this workshop we will explore essential tools in helping us fall in love with the Self. Only then can we actually love another. All your relationships will be positively impacted when you choose to apply the tools you will learn this week."
