Our program consists of:

Early morning silence and meditation: We like to encourage time and space to watch our thoughts without distractions. Silence is where we are able to hear our own internal teacher and to recognize the choices for which we need to take responsibility.

Healthy delicious food and group participation in its preparation: The food is local and always fresh. With wholesome choices we respect and strengthen our bodies.

Study/discussion of Principles of Attitudinal Healing, Buddism, A Course in Miracles and other spiritual teachings This is the time to stimulate thoughts, to discuss ideas and goals with others. This is about learning to trust your idea of a higher power.

Healing circles of psychotherapy: The real work starts and ends here with a loving, accepting group of people helping each other find other ways of looking at our beliefs about ourselves. Together we clarify our purpose and meaning, practising fearless connection with others.

Outings: Once a week we leave the center for the beach or the hotsprings and have fun in the sun.
- Yoga and body work: The integration of mind, body and spirit.
- Swimming and hiking, river rafting: Exercise is one way of releasing and letting go tension and anxiety.
- One on one sessions with a counselor: All counselors are well trained in our program and work individually with clients. Feelings are processed and understood as signals that indicate a change might be in order.
- Holotropic breathing: A very effective way of bypassing the ego.
- EFT and AFT: Quick and efficient methods of getting in touch with our personal power.
- High staff /participant ratio.
- Private time to read and journal: Each client has time to read, study or daydream and rest.
