Christie Dakin

Christie is a Registered Professional Counsellor has a BA in Communications and has extensive mediation and negotiation training. She is a director and co-facilitator with Choose Again as well having a private counselling practice. She is a facilitator for an evening circle which she leads in Vancouver in conjunction with Choose Again.

Christie has developed a passionate interest in Transpersonal Counselling Psychology.  She is dedicated to working with clients to transform life's challenging circumstances into opportunities of growth and development. It is very exciting for her to watch clients recognize their potential and true capacity for love and connection. She teaches that to live in joy and happiness is every person's natural birthright and she is committed to helping others recognize this truth.

Elaine Clark

Elaine is a Registered Professional Counsellor with a BA in Counselling Psychology. Over the past 20 years Elaine has done work for the Ministry of Children and Families, both as a Child Care Worker and a foster parent of adolescents. As an senior facilitator with the Youth on Purpose organization she has had years of experience working with teens and their families. With Diederik Wolsak she was a part of the pilot program in Costa Rica that became the catalyst for Choose Again.

Elaine is a leader In every sense of the word. She has been a complimentary facilitator at many workshops and circles. Elaine is at all times professional and respectful of each individual and at the same time extraordinarily clear of her purpose and how to deliver the material that we work with. Elaine serves with integrity, compassion and dedication. She confronts inconsistencies and challenges her clients to dig deeper, to find the source of their mistaken beliefs.

Diederik Wolsak

Diederik Wolsak RPC MPCP is a masterful therapist. Each client recognizes immediately that he is being trained to become independant of his counselor, that he is worthy of respect and has his own answers. Diederik is there to assist in finding and removing all blocks to happiness and peace in the most gentle and loving way.

Diederik is the founder and program director of the Choose Again Attitudinal Healing Center. He is the lead facilitator of both the Vancouver and Costa Rica arms of the organization. He is an international workshop leader and relationship counselor with many years experience in group facilitation.

After many years of private practice in Vancouver, Diederik saw the need for a facility away from the familiar environment of his clients where they could work on themselves without the stress of maintaining their image of themselves. His dream was a wonderful quiet place of restful spiritual safety where clients could feel free to choose change. He created exactly that in Costa Rica and now invites clients to join him for as long as is necessary to change their minds.
